During a private online cooking class with Chef Paola, not only will you be taught the specific skills required to be able to serve three iconic recipes from your chosen region, but you will also learn some of its cultural and historical context.
Before your class, you will receive a shopping list with all of the ingredients you need for the class as well as a list of any specific equipment you might need. Then, all you need to do is ensure you have a laptop or tablet with a camera, microphone, and Zoom pre-downloaded, and you are ready to go!
